New search functionality, CRM and marketing tools on offer at DreamTown
by Meg White
Chicago-based DreamTown Realty announced a number of new products available to agents and clients last month, including a more natural search engine. The company noted that the search algorithm translates abbreviated words, acronyms and casual language in a more reliable way. Making real estate searches more predictive is a way boutiques can fill consumer demand for experiences that mirror Netflix, Google and Amazon, according to Yuval Degani, founder and CEO of the brokerage.
“Finally, a search that thinks the way you do. Type in anything — 2-bed, 2-bath, Pilsen, 250-350. Just like that, the first predictive real estate search of its kind delivers every listing that matches your parameters,” Degani said in a press release, adding that this technology fits into their longtime value proposition in the local market. “When I started DreamTown 22 years ago, we were the first company to offer online searching at a time when the other brokerages were still focused on print advertising and driving prospect homebuyers around in the backseat[s] of cars. We perfected the online search before Redfin and Zillow were even the spark of an idea.”
Other new products released recently by DreamTown include a proprietary CRM known as ClientConnect, new marketing report sales maps, company videos starring DreamTown agents, and exclusive Chicago neighborhood photos and original artwork agents can use in their marketing efforts.
