COMPASS expanded into Madison in 2023, with the addition of Husky Homes. Now, the brokerage has its first brick-and-mortar office in the city, at 525 Junction Road.

In 2023, Husky Homes was the No. 1 team in Madison and the No. 2 team in Wisconsin by sales volume, according to RealTrends, in 2023.

Following Husky Homes, other local teams now affiliated with COMPASS include: Quinn and Co., The Alvarado Group, Madison Lifestyles and The Whitcomb Osciecki Group. Individual agents include Jacci See, Rachel See, Josh Brost, Mary Browning, Matt Heilman, Tyler Van Elzen, Yvonne Gern, Julia Zehel, Sherry Lessing, Amy Lessing and Aaron Weber. The Lessings and Weber all joined last month.

In total, the COMPASS Madison office includes over 30 agents. That’s a 190% increase, year over year. Last year, COMPASS’ Madison agents collectively sold $297 million worth of real estate.
