Since she was a little girl, Natasha Motev has always loved looking at homes. Now a senior vice president of sales with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Motev has been in the industry since 1996, when she left her job as an executive compensation consultant to pursue her passion for real estate.
Throughout her 23-year career in real estate, Motev has generated $1 billion in residential sales. She works with high-end buyers and sellers, as well as developers of luxury single-family homes and new-construction condominiums in Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, River North and Bucktown.

The most exciting accomplishment on her books this year was the exceptionally quick sale of a high-end home. “Lorie, my amazing marketing manager, published a video of the luxury single-family home on YouTube in the morning,” Motev says. “The buyers saw it that afternoon and had their agent contact me. They purchased the home prior to it being listed.”
Motev strives to be responsive and available 24/7, making each client feel like she is their own private agent. She has built an extensive list of experts, including lawyers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, architects, designers and general contractors, who help her best serve clients. She also has experience designing and building luxury residences with top Chicago builders, which has proved to be a highly valuable asset to her clients. Motev resides in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood with her husband, their two children, and their beloved labradoodle, Lulu. She is involved in her kids’ schools and loves to spend time with her family, play golf, and take long walks through Lincoln Park and along Lake Michigan.
