The Vogel Group, consisting of founder Karl Vogel and team member Kevin Blair, has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s Evanston office. They were previously affiliated with @properties.

Founded in 2009, The Vogel Group has consistently been ranked among the top 1% of real estate brokers in Chicago. Vogel specializes in vintage and historic properties in Andersonville and Evanston where he is a member of the Landmark Preservation Committee. He has extensive market knowledge across Chicago’s Edgewater, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Lakewood Balmoral, Bowmanville and Uptown neighborhoods. In addition, Vogel owns and manages his own portfolio of Andersonville 2-flat and 3-flat properties.
