Industry veteran Yvonne Mortimer has returned to Baird & Warner, now as director of broker development. In this role, she will oversee talent recruitment. Previously, Mortimer served as the director of agent development for the company’s Glen Ellyn office.

Most recently, however, Mortimer was the managing broker for multiple Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago offices. She also spent 26 years as an agent with Coldwell Banker and seven years there as managing broker.

“We are thrilled to welcome back Yvonne Mortimer to the Baird & Warner team,” Baird & Warner’s Senior Vice President of Operations David Bailey said in a press release. “With her expertise and passion for building strong relationships, Yvonne will be instrumental in sharing our support-focused model with real estate brokers in the field.”

The press release highlighted Mortimer’s overall desire to help agents achieve more in their own businesses. “In times of change and uncertainty, providing unwavering support is more important than ever, and we are confident that Yvonne will be a key player in delivering this to our broker partners,” David continued.
