Dave Naso has been named chief operating officer of Chicago Association of REALTORS®, effective May 15. Naso previously served as vice president of membership and professional standards.
Naso will be responsible for overseeing the association’s core operations, implementation of the strategic plan and delivering high-quality service to its members.
Prior to joining CAR in 2020, Naso helped launch Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park, where he was the designated managing broker. A veteran in the industry, Naso was an active association volunteer, serving on the YPN Advisory Board, chairing the Forms & Contracts Committee and holding leadership roles on CAR’s Board of Directors.
“I’m excited to continue my work with the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and to serve our members and the broader real estate community,” Naso said. “Building on the foundation we’ve created, I look forward to strengthening our operations, enhancing member value and advancing our mission through thoughtful leadership, strong partnerships and a focused commitment to our members’ success and the future of our industry.”
“Dave’s unique background as both a managing broker and association executive makes him an invaluable asset at this pivotal time in our industry,” CAR CEO Michelle Mills Clement said. “His ability to bridge the gap between industry realities and association goals is a tremendous advantage as we move our organization and members forward.”
