Jill Egan, assistant manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s North Region offices, has been promoted to managing broker of those locations. 

“[Egan’s] comprehensive, agent-first approach integrates administrative support, marketing, IT, mortgage, title and insurance, which ensures that our brokers feel fully equipped to serve their clients with confidence,” BHHS Chicago CEO Diane Glass said in a press release. “I’m thrilled to expand her role to managing broker of the North Region, where her deep industry knowledge and collaborative style will continue to enhance the broker experience.” 

Egan was raised in Lincoln Park and moved with her husband to the North Shore over 30 years ago. 

“Being available to provide coaching, one-on-one training, help with strategic business planning and support during transactions is incredibly rewarding,” Egan said. “My goal is to be there for our brokers, just as they are for their clients.”
