Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR) recently welcomed two new agents: Taylor Nirchi and Nora Rabideau.
Nirchi comes to the industry from a strong marketing background, having led new-product development teams in the residential construction industry. She naturally transitioned into real estate. A Lincoln Park resident, Nirchi now leverages her pre-existing relationships alongside her local insight to help people buy and sell luxury new construction, investment properties and other homes.
“With the real estate landscape ever-changing, [the Jameson SIR] brand continues to prevail and provide constant support for their agents,” Taylor said in a press release. “I am excited to continue to create more opportunities for my clients, both here in Chicago and across the country.”
Jim Miller, Jameson SIR’s Chicago City Hub executive vice president and designated managing broker also expressed his excitement. “We are honored to welcome Taylor Nirchi to our esteemed Chicago team. Taylor has already positioned herself in the Chicagoland marketplace as a savvy, trusted, and well-respected real estate agent,” he said.
Rabideau, meanwhile, entered real estate after working as an attorney headhunter, a role which honed her negotiation skills and helped her master the art of building lasting connections. Now, after spending roughly one year at COMPASS, she’s putting those skills to use at Jameson SIR.
At Jameson SIR, Rabideau aims to aid a range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, investors, seasoned developers, as well as anyone looking to sell. According to a press release, she wants to help make “the vast city of Chicago feel like home.”
Rabideau is a world traveler and settled in Chicago in 2021. “Despite the chilly winters, the city’s vibrant energy stole her heart,” the press release said. Rabideau is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
