Massages, travel and spending time with family.

Probably Beyoncé because it’s Beyoncé.
What is Chicago’s best-kept secret?
The Chicago real estate market is one of the most risk-free investments an American can make. My city has one of the very few real estate markets that continues to increase in value over time.
What do you love most about the industry?
I’m working my brain everyday. Whether I’m socializing, learning or working labor, I go to bed every night feeling like a valuable asset to society.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I’ve worked hard to build a very credible network of real estate professionals that have my back through every transaction; I’m making sure my clients have the best team in Chicago on their side.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Showings! Haha. Having to drop what I’m doing and run to a listing, sometimes 10 times a day. You just never know what your day’s going to be like.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Tell your friends and family to recommend you! They know you best, so their word will mean the most.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
The people I’ve chosen to work with.

My dad’s podcast! “Detective Story with Mike Hammond.” My dad shares his experience as a Chicago homicide detective and the murder cases he’s solved.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I live in Chicago. Weird sh*t happens everyday.

My chaotic stories of growing up in the city of Chicago.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Lisbon, Portugal. Everything about it is wonderful: the people, the food, the wine, the location. 10/10.
