Several real estate executives and professionals from the Chicagoland area were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the residential real estate industry. The results were published recently in 2024’s Real Estate Almanac.

In descending order, those names include Michael Golden and Thad Wong, co-CEOs and co-founders of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, at No. 15; Steve Baird, CEO and president of Baird & Warner, at No. 57; Dan Kruse, an agent with Century 21 Affiliated, at No. 111; Rebecca Jensen, president and CEO Midwest Real Estate Data, at No. 99; Kevin Van Eck and Natalie Hamrick, who co-lead Christie International Real Estate’s Americas network, at No. 119, Michelle Mills Clement, CEO of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, at No. 27; Mike Prodehl, CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, at No. 131; and Tommy Choi, co-founder of Keller Williams OneChicago, at No. 188.

Additionally, three local executives were highlighted on Swanepoel’s watchlist, which highlights industry up-and-comers: Carrie Jo Little, co-founder and CEO of CarMarc Realty Group; Diane Glass, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago; and Rebecca Thompson, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty.

T3 Sixty, the management consultancy which publishes the Real Estate Almanac, uses different methodologies to compare individuals from different sectors from the real estate industry. You can learn more about that methodology online.
