With the opening of a nearby leasing center, pre-leasing for The Row Fulton Market has officially begun. Developer Related Midwest made the announcement in a press release which included a slate of new renderings. The Row, which remains under construction, will welcome its first residents in June.
Located at 164 N. Peoria St., the 43-story high rise will include 300 residential units. And, as a part of Related’s Reverve Collection, it will feature a luxurious suite of amenities, including 24-hour concierge, an athletic club, a reservable entertainment suite, multiple workspaces, a children’s playhouse and a 13,800-square-foot, outdoor pool deck — all in addition to various on-site services.
Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, with interiors by March and White Design, The Row offers convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment options spanning from 617 to 1,933 square feet. Each features 9-foot-6 ceilings, expansive windows and Kohler fixtures and faucets. Some residences include a private terrace. Monthly rent for a convertible apartment starts at $2,565, one bedrooms at $3,315, two bedrooms at $4,845 and three bedrooms at $7,995.
The building also offers six penthouse apartments in three- and four-bedroom floor plans. These feature panoramic views, 12-foot ceilings and large private terraces and range from 2,358 to 3,418 square feet. Monthly rent for the penthouses begins at $14,395.
“With white-glove service and five-star amenities, The Row will undoubtedly elevate rental living in Fulton Market,” said Elizabeth Pilgard, director of leasing at Related Management Company. Pilgard also remarked on the building’s craftsmanship, emphasizing how the steel arches of its façade frame the views of the surrounding city. Nestled in Fulton Market, the aptly named Row sits in a popular location along Restaurant Row.
Pilgard also highlighted the design of the new leasing center, at 950 W. Fulton St., just steps away from the The Row. “To preview the lifestyle that awaits residents of The Row, we’ve created an immersive leasing center that revels in the energy of Fulton Market and is imbued with the distinctive brand identity of the building,” she said. “It includes a full kitchen and other elements that showcase the high level of finishes offered in each residence.”
