Two new luxury apartment buildings in Fulton Market, Parq Fulton and Evo Union Park, are officially open for occupancy. Both residences were designed with the new work-from-home model in mind, prioritizing convenience and comfort through a collection of shared amenities.

Parq Fulton is a 25-story high-rise located 1400 W. Randolph St. The space includes an Olympic-grade fitness center as well as specialized studios for spin, Pilates, yoga and more. On the premises, there is also a dog park, a heated outdoor lounge and a rooftop pool with private cabanas. Parq Fulton residents also have access to a 24-hour concierge.

Evo Union Park, located at 1454 W. Randolph St., offers views of Union Park. Amenities include a pool deck with private cabanas, a gaming room, private co-working spaces, a Technogym fitness center and a rooftop lounge affixed with grill stations. Within Evo, studio, convertible, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans are all available.
