The Sarah Leonard Team, of RE/MAX Suburban, has added four new agents: Carly Andersen, Alex “Bo” Bohanek, Jeff Padesky and Seema Thaker. The announcement represents further growth for the team which added three agents in December.

According to a press release from RE/MAX Suburban, partnering with more agents remains a top priority for Sarah Leonard Team which has closed more homes in Northern Illinois than any other team over the past two years.

Andersen, who was previously with Coldwell Banker, joins with experience as a transaction coordinator. Since obtaining her license in late 2021, she has already closed over $6.8 million in sales volume.

Bohanek, also previously with Coldwell Banker, transitioned into real estate recently from online sales. He has sold over $6.6 million in sales volume since obtaining his license last May.

Padesky, too, was previously with Coldwell Banker. According to the press release, he made the change in order to work with like-minded agents. Padesky has been a multi-million-dollar producer throughout his career and ranked among the top 1% of all Realtors for the last five years.

Seema Thaker joins RE/MAX Suburban from @properties. She entered the field of real estate after spending 30 years in social work and, in her first year as a licensed agent, closed over $1.5 million in sales volume.

The press release also expressed the excitement of the Sarah Leonard Team. “They are thrilled about these incredible additions and are excited to finish off 2022 with not only strong numbers but even more happy clients,” it said.
