Coldwell Banker Realty welcomes back top team — and adds a new agent

by Emily Mack

The McKay Group, a top-producing team based in St. Charles, is returning to Coldwell Banker after several years with @properties. And the firm has also announced a new agent hire: Grace Little-Henton.

The McKay Group has served the Fox Valley region for more than 20 years, in that time achieving more than $900 million in sales volume. Led by founder Debora McKay, the group now includes eight team members.

McKay herself has been ranked the No. 1 agent in Kane County several times and has sold some of the most expensive homes. McKay worked with Coldwell Banker for decades prior to her years spent with @properties. Now returning, she expressed her excitement in a press release: “Coldwell Banker is an icon in the industry, and we could not be more excited to be returning home.”

And the McKay group is not the only recent addition to Coldwell Banker. Agent Grace Little-Henton has officially affiliated with the company.

Previously with Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty, Little-Henton has years of real estate experience from within the city and suburbs, both north and south.

Little-Henton is also a well-known locally for her community service. She is a member of the Black Doctors Empowerment Board of Chicago, the Governors State University’s Community Outreach team and is the president and founder of Wisdom Connect, a networking organization for young professionals.

“Coldwell Banker Realty was the perfect place to re-energize my real estate business,” Little-Henton said. “We share a lot of the same goals including a focus on community and guiding people through their real estate transactions seamlessly.”

Natalie Carpenter, district vice president of the Central West region, shared similar excitement. “Grace is a vital member of the community always putting service to others before herself, and I have no doubt that selflessness serves her and her clients well.”
