Compass Chicagoland recently announced the signing of the Schwabe Group, based out of Arlington Heights. That team includes founder David Schwabe, along with Faith Gleeson, Tomoko Asai, Brian Emmerich, Krysti Scheib, Taylor Schulhoff and Mark Stehling. They will operate out of the Compass Arlington Heights office.

Schwabe entered the real estate industry in January of 2002 and founded his own team, the Schwabe Group, four years later. Since then, the team has grown to include seven expert members. They closed out 2021 with 115 homes sold and more than $40 million in sales volume.

“We are thrilled to have David and his team joining Compass in our Arlington Heights office,” said Fran Broude, regional vice president of Compass, in a press release. “David and his team have proven they are able to go above and beyond for their clients.”

Schwabe also shared his excitement, commenting on the decision to move to Compass. “In my 20 years in real estate, I have never seen anything close to the tools, marketing, and complete integration that Compass has offered my team.”

In particular, he’s looking forward to using Compass Concierge. “We have been staging homes with our sellers for over 15 -years, so the Compass Concierge program is a game-changer for our sellers who want to maximize net profits and sell their homes quickly,” Schwabe said.
