Kevin Rynes, who previously served as assistant manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s Bucktown, Glenview, Park Ridge and Schaumburg offices, has been named managing broker of the brokerage’s Winnetka office. While serving with the Winnetka agents, he will also continue working with those other BHHS Chicago offices on training and coaching projects.

A true local, Rynes attended Loyola Academy then Barat College where he studied business marketing. He went on to work as a luxury home general contractor before moving into real estate sales and management. He currently lives on the North Shore with his family.
