@properties has named Tom Downing and Kelly Kirchheimer as vice presidents of brokerage services and designated managing brokers for the Winnetka and Downers Grove offices, respectively, according to press releases from the company. 

The company noted that the Winnetka office generated nearly $1 billion in closed sales last year.

“There is a lot of untapped potential in the Downers Grove real estate market from a service-delivery standpoint. Kelly not only has a deep understanding of the local market, but is known to be a great problem solver and leader. She also knows the ins and outs of @properties’ marketing and technology systems, making her an incredible resource to our clients and agents,” Thad Wong, @properties co-founder, said in a press release.

Kirchheimer, a top-producer at @properties, said she joined the company a year an a half ago because of the various services the company provides its agents.

“I’m looking forward to helping our agents make an impact in the market with those resources and expanding @properties’ presence in Downers Grove and surrounding communities,” Kirchheimer said in a press release. “This role also provides a great opportunity to leverage the leadership skills I have developed throughout my professional career.”

Downing was named Rookie of the Year by Chicago Agent Magazine in 2016 — the same year he achieved more than $10 million in sales volume.

“My entire professional career prior to real estate focused on helping businesses – of all sizes – in their strategic planning and growth, so this is a very natural transition for me. I view my agents as my clients, and I am passionate about doing everything I can to ensure their success,” Downing said in a press release.
