Alcove Wicker Park, a new 43-unit luxury condominium building in the heart of Wicker Park, announced its grand opening on Nov. 12 and unveiled a new condominium model. Chicago-based Vermilion Development is responsible for the project, and sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by @properties Developer Services.
Alcove Wicker Park features condominium floor plans with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths and single-level or two-story layouts, all with private outdoor space. Designed by Hirsch MPG Architecture, base prices for three and four-bedroom residences begin at $800,000. The building also features 12 townhomes with four levels of living space, four bedrooms, attached two-car garages and a penthouse room with access to a private roof deck. Townhome base prices begin at $1,130,000.
Some of the standard features on display include wide-plank wood flooring in living areas, Copatlife Italian cabinetry, Viking stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops and recessed lighting.
“Alcove Wicker Park has everything city homebuyers are looking for right now, from large living areas to flex space to private outdoor areas and a convenient location,” Kerry Dickson, managing director at Vermilion Development, said in a press release.
