Number of years in real estate: 3
Describe your look: Classic, professional … Some may call them boring, but classic blue suits have stood the test of time.
What style has come back into fashion that shouldn’t have? Nothing bothers me more than people who wear sunglasses inside.
What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? Cuffed dress pants. Feels very old man/dad-like to me. Also, one time I wore a black sport coat with navy suit pants — they definitely didn’t go together!
What are your favorite clothing stores or brands? Ninety-nine percent of my business outfits are from Tie Bar and Suitsupply. Tie Bar has great shirts and ties that look great and are very affordable. Suitsupply has a huge selection of inventory and provides great pricing as well.
What fashion accessory do you feel naked without? A good watch completes any look.
Who is your style icon? I don’t necessarily have an icon, but I started wearing suits after seeing almost every successful broker I knew wearing them.
What’s the most expensive or meaningful accessory or piece of clothing you’ve ever acquired? My Shinola watch that my wife gifted me. I’m wearing it today!
What item in your closet do you wear the most? Suits, dress shirts, ties, Lululemon ABC Pants and tons of golf shirts
Does your style reflect your personal brand? If so, how? I would say so. I think looking professional is extremely important, especially in real estate when you’re consistently meeting new people and representing your clients. I am always confused why some agents feel that it is appropriate to show property in their sweats. First impressions are extremely important, so I always try and look as professional as possible.
