The 21,400-square-foot office is located at 980 N. Michigan Ave., just two stories below the firm’s home office. A rare amenity among Chicago’s high-rise commercial buildings, its private terrace features impressive views of the city’s skyline. Landscape design was completed by Christy Webber Landscapes.

On April 26, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group hosted a grand opening event, where guests enjoyed cocktails and live music while having the opportunity to tour the space.
