What do you love most about the industry? That there are new things and challenges daily.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have always been an early adopter. Having started in the industry at a time when we had no computers, I have a great appreciation for what we have available to us today. Using tools to assist in delivering a better service experience and marketing trends has been key for me.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Having to tell clients disappointing news.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I participate in online groups, follow certain industry leaders online, and attend conferences and trade shows. I seek new clients by way of marketing results and asking for referrals when the moment is right.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Getting up and having success after failure.
