Real estate agents in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami have turned to aerial house tours as a way to showcase luxury properties to high-value clients. Starting at $650 to $800 an hour, agents are renting helicopters and pilots, often on their own dime, to show off homes and neighborhoods from 500 feet in the air.
