Construction will soon begin for Elysian Way, a maintenance-friendly community of seven semi-custom single-family homes.

The project site is located within the Colony Point subdivision south of Deerfield Road, and is being developed by Northbrook-based Insignia Homes, LLC.

Elysian Way will offer three different floor plans, two of which offer first-floor master suites; the third has a second-floor master suite and additional guest suite on the first floor.

“The different floor plans appeal to a wide range of buyers, from empty nesters to growing families and everything in between,” said Harold Birndorf of Insignia Homes.

The homes at Elysian Way are being sold and marketed by Christine Egley Rashkow, Joey Gault, Beth Wexler and Liz Salinas of The Wexler Gault Group of @properties. The base price of the homes is $1.2 million, and first deliveries are scheduled for this summer.
