Cathy Kendall has been named the new managing broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Lake Forest office.

Kendall has 30 years of sales experience and spent more than a decade as an assistant manager. Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, thinks Kendall is the best suited candidate for the new role.
