Pre-construction pricing ranges from $459,000 to $2.3 million. Floor plans include one- to four-bedrooms ranging from 927 to 3,073 square feet. First deliveries are slated for late 2016.

The condominiums are part of the larger Webster Square master-planned community, which is the redevelopment of the former Lincoln Park Hospital. The development also features a fully-leased apartment building; eight custom single-family home sites along Grant Place; a 255-car parking garage; and neighborhood retail.
