@properties earned the No. 12 ranking among the nation’s top-producing residential brokerage firms in RISMedia’s 2015 Power Broker Report published this month. @properties had closed annual sales volume of $5.7 billion in 2014 – the highest among independently-owned brokerage firms in Illinois.
Now in its 27th year, the Power Broker Report is based on responses to RISMedia’s 2015 Power Broker Survey, to which more than 1,000 real estate firms from across the country responded.
Established in 2000, @properties has grown from a four-person boutique firm to the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Illinois. In 2014, the firm held its position as the No. 1 broker in the city of Chicago for the fifth straight year, with 17.4 percent market share. @properties has more than 1,700 licensed brokers in 17 office locations throughout the city, surrounding suburbs and Southwest Michigan. The firm continues its rapid expansion with the opening of its 18th and 19th offices in Oak Park and Lake Geneva, Wisc., this summer.
