How Mobile is Taking Over Real Estate

Mobile design moved swiftly through real estate websites, and it’s now poised to take over the industry.

Everybody knows that with each passing year, mobile browsing seizes a larger and larger share of the real estate Internet pie; new analysis from comScore, though, has made it quite clear just how large a piece we’re talking here.

In short, mobile browsing has now surpassed desktop browsing on the big three syndication sites, and on all but one of the top five. Check out our graph below to see how the numbers break down:

    Thanks for the graphs, very interesting. We’ve seen similar numbers for email – a customer satisfaction survey we emailed this morning was viewed from mobile devices 54% of the time. It’s surprising more companies don’t have responsive design websites.
