Named the new marketing director of the city region for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, marketing veteran Mark Pullinger is to now oversee marketing operations of six branch offices and 700 real estate agents.

Pullinger previously worked at Coldwell Banker in Southern California and was responsible for creative development and the execution of may successful and advertising programs. His experience also includes marketing new construction, luxury and traditional segments of the housing market, as well as a special emphasis on digital platforms, social media, field marketing programs designed to support agents.
