Lisa Cokefair joins @properties as vice president of brokerage services and will help launch a new Libertyville office.

Beginning in 2009, @properties ventured north, establishing offices in Evanston, Winnetka and Highland Park. To further assist its push into the north and northwest suburbs, the firm recently named broker Lisa Cokefair vice president of brokerage services.

Cokefair, previously the managing broker of Prudential Rubloff’s Libertyville office, will supervise employee training, marketing and daily operations at @properties’ new Libertyville office, which is scheduled to open later this year.

Cokefair’s 18 years of industry experience, and her familiarity with Libertyville, appealed to @properties co-founders Thaddeus Wong and Michael Golden, according to a recent press release.

“Lisa has extensive knowledge of the northwest suburbs and a strong reputation for success,” Wong said.  “She has grown every office she has managed, and will do a great job introducing the @properties brand to Libertyville and surrounding towns.”

According to the press release, @properties is looking to capitalize on a thriving market, one that totaled $371 million in residential sales volume during Aug. 2012–Aug. 2013, up 44 percent from the same period the prior year.

Cokefair, ready to help Illinois’ biggest independent brokerage expand its reach, said @properties is the most qualified firm to take advantage of an active market.

“There’s a tremendous opportunity in Libertyville right now, and @properties offers the best resources to leverage the momentum that we’re seeing,” Cokefair said.
