What Tech Tools Do Brokerages Provide?

by Megan Oster

Dream Town

Tech Tools Provided

The Client Connect CRM helps agents manage their database, handles all their marketing and is a resource center for forums and questions, among other things. It even integrates all of an agent’s marketing efforts, from inputting a listing to ordering a client flowers. “Our custom application manages every aspect of the business,” Degani says.

QR Codes/Text-Driven Campaigns

All Dream Town signage has a call-to-action to request info via text, and those texts go directly to agents so they can respond.

Tech Training/Tech Education

Degani says Dream Town provides tech training and education in two levels:  in-house tech support for smartphones, tablets and devices so agents won’t need to contact companies to fix issues; and outside tech support for bigger issues that can’t be solved in-house. Dream Town also provides one-on-one training and ongoing education on a consistent basis, such as seminars on how to use iPads and classes on how to integrate iPads into real estate.

Pay for Syndication Sites

Dream Town submits all of agents’ listings to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and even Craigslist. The company pays to make sure its listings are found online anywhere.

SEO Strategy

There is an SEO specialist on staff, who works with both the company and agents’ websites, but nothing provided specifically for the agents’ websites on an individual/customizable basis.
