RE/MAX provides turnkey, integrated marketing solutions for every agent and office in the RE/MAX network. These solutions utilize a variety of tools, like Internet capture forms, widgets, strategic partnerships and an agent-to-agent referral network. Leads are generated from a number of sources including the Internet, mobile phones, QR codes and listing promotion links. “No matter what the tool, everything goes back to the RE/MAX agent, who ultimately profits,” Reagan says. “Our agent-centric system doesn’t charge corporate fees for the leads that are generated and distributed.” RE/MAX uses a system methodology designed to allow agents to direct consumers to their unique websites, and they also have access to the RE/MAX Design Center (software with more than 1,000 customizable designs for brochures, flyers, postcards, video presentations, email campaign materials, mobile application marketing materials, iPad designs) and RE/MAX University (thousands of hours of training and education videos that can be viewed on desktop, television, smartphone or in classroom).

Each agent and office in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network is provided with their own internet and mobile web sites, and marketing platform plus referral fee-free, global lead generation programs through remax.com and illinoisproperty.com. There is also a RE/MAX global property search website (remaxglobal.com), an international web referral roster and a RE/MAX Commercial website. All websites and the referral roster generate a multitude of leads for RE/MAX Affiliates.

Pay for Syndication Sites

Data Vault is a new strategic syndication network for the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network, which allows offices to control the distribution and licensing of their listings on such sites as Trulia and Zillow. RE/MAX offices have maximum control of how and where their office listings are syndicated (or if they are). Offices are the exclusive data source and are able to avoid duplicate or stale data on portal sites, and get customized data feeds that integrate with their websites and helps leverage the data destination. They also get a private dashboard to manage the office’s syndications as well as aggregated analytics and reports.

SEO Strategy

RE/MAX has national and local online and mobile search engine management (SEM) campaigns that drive leads to agents. These comprehensive SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC (pay per click) programs at the national and regional levels are extremely successful, generating “thousands of leads and millions of impressions,” Reagan says.
