Koenig & Strey
Tech Tools Provided
Koenig & Strey has a Toolkit CMA, which allows agents to create print or Web presentations for buyers and sellers, incorporating agents’ branded pages and comparable properties. Agents can create customizable presentations for print or for display on laptops or iPads. Toolkit CMA includes programs like Market Tracker and Market Advantage free for agent use: Market Tracker provides snapshots of market activity and monthly reports, and those pages can be branded for the agents for listing presentations or seller activity reports; and Market Advantagecan create just about any marketing or promotional piece they can think of. The Toolkit also provides an automated listing flyer program (“About 48 hours after getting a new listing, agents automatically receive a PDF of a flyer they can print out or use as an e-blast to forward to their sphere of influence,” Glass says), e-forms agents can pull up from their account electronically and then email/fax them, a real time chat portal for consumers on the company website that allows consumers to get their questions answered immediately, and an automated e-newsletter, sent out the first Tuesday of every month, which agents can customize if they so choose. In addition, the company provides a weekly InSite Report, which alerts agents to the number of hits their active listings have received on the following websites: KoenigStrey.com, Realtor.com, Chicago Tribune, Zillow, Yahoo! and Trulia. Agents also have their own version of the company app and a link to their own personal app, so anytime potential clients look up properties on that agent’s mobile app, all inquiries go directly to that agent.
QR Codes/Text-Driven Campaigns
All listings and signage have a QR code included that takes consumers directly to a dedicated page for that listing on our website. Agents also have their own QR code that links to their individual website to use on their business cards, fbrochures and flyers.
Tech Training/Tech Education
Koenig & Strey offers training on different levels; most tech training is done online with live webinars and/or in an online video, and everything is published on the company blog. In some cases, agents need more tech training, so agents can reserve a 45-minute one-on-one virtual training session with Glass.
Individual Agent Websites
Each individual website is branded and customizable. Agents can either do nothing and the website will self-load with listings and recent sales that are automatically attached, or can customize it to add more pages of content and property search tools.
Pay for Syndication Sites
We enhance listings on the agents’ behalf on Realtor.com, Zillow, Yahoo! and Chicago Tribune.
SEO Strategy
There is an SEO specialist, who works with both the company and agents’ websites, but nothing provided specifically for the agents’ websites on an individual/customizable basis.
