David Balcerzak, division sales manager with Ryan Homes, has seen firsthand how the new construction market is taking off in 2013 with the company’s three new suburban communities.

Grande Park, located in Plainfield, was Ryan Homes’ newest project when the company came to Chicago. New home sales have been steady since the community was established one and a half years ago.

Grande Park is a master planned community with three pools, walking trails, baseball/soccer/football fields, an onsite elementary school and an onsite middle school. The community is made up of single-family homes ranging from 2,400 to 3,400 square feet and starting at $280,000 through $400,000.

In addition, Ryan Homes has two other communities: Stonegate West in Aurora, a ranch home community with homes ranging from 1,400 to 1,900 square feet, and from $240,000 to the low $300,000s; and Impressions at the Streams in Plainfield, which has homes from 2,200 square feet to 3,200 square feet, and priced from $220,000 to the low $320,000s.
