Koenig & Strey
Lead Generation
Koenig & Strey has an e-leads program where leads are sent instantly through email and text to agents. Prospects can also live chat with agents, and the agent can do this on a computer or mobile device. Listings are fed to more than 80 of the top national sites, and listings are enhanced on Yahoo!, Zillow, Realtor.com, FrontDoor.com, HotPads.com, Chicago Tribune and Pioneer Press local sites; listings are rotated and tweeted out via the company Twitter handle, too.
Online/Print Advertising
Listings are enhanced on the previously mentioned sites, but ads are also placed online on Chicago Tribune’s website, among others, and lead prospects to the agent/listing website or social media platform. The company’s marketing department will also let them know if spaces are available for print ads in various publications and requirements so they can choose to advertise a listing. In general, new listings are rotated into the advertising space, and are chosen for certain publications by determining the location and price point.
Marketing Materials
The company creates customizable URLs for agent/listing websites, and then QR code campaigns and signage includes these URLs to lead prospects to the sites. In addition, Koenig & Strey has an e-marketing tool that will create and send out e-newsletters to an agent’s database. Marketing materials also include brochures, newsletters, postcards and listing presentations with CMAs. If a property is a “property of distinction,” or a luxury property, different types of marketing materials are available.
Splits
Koenig & Strey offers agents the traditional commission split model.
Training/Education
The company offers training for tech and marketing tools and how agents can use them. Koenig & Strey’s training department offers in-office classes to agents on a rotating schedule to allow every office location access to these programs on a regular basis. Courses are for agents and managers, too, and the company also provides webinars, a virtual library and next year, the company will have an e-portal for courses. Agents can also sign up for one-on-one training with a mentor agent or managing broker and connect through the computer or over the phone.
