Luxury country club Sand Creek is currently selling home sites in their Bramble Park and The Estates phases.

Sales for home sites are underway for luxury country club community Sand Creek, as its developers Blueprint Realty Partners, LLC are currently building homes for the community’s fourth and fifth phases.

The Chesterton, Ind. community has already sold 80 percent of its homes, with about 250 residences already completed. Home sites in Sand Creek’s The Estates (Phase IV) range in price between $89,000 to $143,00, while home sites in Bramble Park (Phase V) are priced between $56,000 to $149,000. Luxury homes in the community range in price between $300,000 to $2 million.

The community, located on 1001 Sand Creek Dr. S., is known for its Sand Creek Country Club, which features a 27-hole golf course and a 50,000 square-foot clubhouse.
