What do you love most about the industry? Meeting new people and helping them find their dream home.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Being a certified public accountant (CPA) helps me give my clients advice on their finances as well as real estate. I also speak Chinese fluently.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Explaining certain issues in Chinese as accurately as possible.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Social events, mostly referral.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? When I became a certified public accountant.

What was the last good movie you saw, or book you read? The Avengers.
