Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose recently purchased a luxury condominium downtown at the Trump International Hotel and Tower, and he was represented by Matt Silver of Urban Real Estate.
Silver believes that the purchase shows that Rose is dedicated to the city of Chicago.
“He really embodies the spirit of Chicago with his humility, incredible work ethic, and genuineness” said Silver. “Everything for him is about his city and about his family, and I found that remarkable. He is wise beyond his years. It’s a remarkable place for a remarkable young man.”
Silver said that the Urban Real Estate team values putting their client’s needs first, and he credits his firm for bringing him professional opportunities like this one.
“We tailor every aspect of what we do to our clients – top to bottom, everything is about the client,” said Silver.
Silver added, “It brings me back to Urban Real Estate. If I was just another agent at a large brokerage I wouldn’t have had the opportunity; Urban has really embraced me and supported what I need to be successful.”
Silver has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a top producer. “(He is) the ultimate real estate professional. (Silver) is knowledgeable, an expert in his field, and looks for solutions to problems – large and small,” said Ginger Downs, CEO of CAR.
Silver is also respected and recognized in the real estate industry by other professionals, like vice president of luxury home sales at Baird & Warner Jim Kinney.
“Matt is a great example of the next generation of Realtors – emphasis on professionalism and education with a high regard for customer satisfaction,” said Kinney. “He is respected in his industry and his opinions are well regarded.”
