Rita Kerins has recently joined the Lincoln Park Plaza office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, expanding the existing sales team of over 200 agents. The announcement was made by Chuck Goro, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Kerins joins the company with many years of experience in real estate. Listed as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors since she began her career, she has found great success in the industry from the beginning.

A graduate of University of Iowa, Kerins had her first professional experience with real estate at a development company as the project manager for the construction of a 170-unit high-rise building. There, she found she really enjoyed the challenge of selling a property. She took things to the next level as a Realtor just a year later and excelled quickly, joining the ranks of Chicago’s top 2 percent of agents in just four years. Now, years later, she continues to grow as an agent and looks forward to utilizing all the professional development and resources that come with being a Coldwell Banker agent.
