Dream Town Realty added six Chicago Realtors to its team during October and November. The firm’s new members are Marnie Sax, Giorgio Pescatore, Justin Brown, Thomas Secson, Jeneane Ally and Justin Francek, all of whom are residential sales specialists serving clients in the city and suburbs.
Marnie Sax, who joined in early October, has worked in the industry for seven years and focuses on buyer representation. She believes a key part of her success is her ability to negotiate and articulate complex ideas to the clients.
“One of the things my clients notice is the level of dedication I bring to the table,” said Sax. “I work relentlessly for my clients until the deal is closed, whether it takes weeks, months or years. It is extremely gratifying to help people find the perfect home and ensure they are getting the best deal on the property.”
Giorgio Pescatore was born in Venezuela and immigrated to the U.S. as an infant. He became interested in real estate when he bought his first property at age 22, and he credits his entrepreneurial background with teaching him to understand consumers’ needs and wants.
“As a real estate [agent] that’s fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, I can help a lot of home buyers and sellers who might otherwise be wary of the process because they don’t fully understand the language,” Pescatore said. “I think that versatility is important to many people looking to invest in real estate, especially in a multicultural city like Chicago.”
Top producer Justin Brown, who came to Dream Town at the start of November, started selling homes in 2004, and by 2007 had tripled his sales. He was recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors in the top 10 percent of agents for closed sales volume this year.
“More and more, real estate is becoming an Internet-based business, and I think Dream Town is one company that has managed to continually stay ahead of the technology curve,” said Brown. “I want to provide that same level of service to my clients, not only through my brokerage but through a personal aptitude for social networking, WordPress and other web applications important to today’s marketplace.”
Dream Town now employs around 175 agents working out of three offices. To learn more about the new Dream Town consultants, click here.
