Larry Giddings Promoted to Manager of @properties’ Lincoln Park Office

by Chicago Agent

Larry Giddings

Thirty-five-year real estate veteran Larry Giddings is set to manage the Lincoln Park office of @properties as its new vice president of brokerage services.

Giddings was the firm’s 33rd agent when he came to @properties 10 years ago, and he soon became one of the first 10 agents to earn the Road to Rolex sales award for generating $10 million or more in annual sales volume.

“We considered a lot of candidates for this position. Then we started talking to Larry, and it was such a natural fit,” Thaddeus Wong, co-founder of @properties, said of Giddings’ promotion. “Larry not only has an incredible depth of experience; he also is among the most genuine and well-liked people in our industry.”

“To have someone who is familiar with our organization and culture is a huge plus for us and for our agents,” said Michael Golden, co-founder of @properties. “Larry will step right into his new role and help our company continue to grow and prosper.”

Giddings volunteers for the Blind Service Association, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Lyric Opera and @properties Friends and Neighbors Community Fund. He also recently received the Lori Kaufman Volunteer of the Year award from the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, where he serves as a board member.

“I built my real estate business on the principles of being a good listener, treating every client as an individual and, above all else, being myself,” Giddings said. “In @properties, I found a company that believes in these same principles, and these are the principles by which I will manage.”
