“Chicago is one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the US and we’re thrilled to be coming to town next month!” said Xplode Founder Matt Fagioli, in a statement.
“Our members look to the Chicago Association of Realtors for venues that help them become more profitable by exceeding clients’ needs and lowering costs,” said Ginger Downs, Chicago Association of Realtors CEO, in a statement. “Xplode Chicago is one such venue. The Chicago Association of Realtors is exceptionally proud to sponsor this event, promoting greater business success through use of technology.” Downs will be the featured speaker at the conference.
The conference will be located downtown Chicago on the Magnificent Mile at the Doubletree Hotel. The full-day conference begins at 8 am; there will be a networking reception immediately following the sessions. “You’ve never seen this much content in one day on real estate tech. It’s an amazing value,” Fagioli said.
Among those speaking are Eric Bryn, Baird and Warner’s vice president of digital innovation, who will discuss the mind of innovation; Todd Carpenter, the director of digital engagement for the National Association of Realtors, who will moderate a discussion on the new MLS; and Jeff Lobb, EXIT Realty Corp. International’s vice president of technology and innovation, who will be speaking about the importance of going mobile with his discussion titled, “Go Mobile or Go Home.”
“To thrive and be profitable in today’s and future markets, you have to leverage technology to connect with clients and grow your business. Mobile marketing, video, social media and other tech tools are critical to defining one’s brand and extending client outreach. Xplode Chicago isn’t optional. It’s a must-attend event,” said Mabél Guzmán, President, Chicago Association of Realtors, in a press release.
