Baird & Warner has just announced that it has acquired F.C. Pilgrim & Co. of Oak Park. Each company has been around since the 1800s and each boasts a reputation of consumer confidence and “a historic commitment to diversity and fair housing that are the benchmarks of the industry,” said the press release posted today.

The merge will cause altered responsibilities for both companies, as Renee Naffziger of Baird & Warner takes on combined sales operations and Michael O”Neill, formerly of F.C. Pilgrim & Co., takes on a new role as Baird & Warner’s Director of Community Initiatives.

O’Neill brings not only his experience with F.C. Pilgrim to the table, but also honorable service as President of the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors, as well as expertise as the Director of the Oak Park Development Corporation.
