Riverstone Residential Group has acquired management of One Superior Place, a high-rise property in the River North area of downtown Chicago.

Managing more than 650 properties nationwide, Riverstone Residential is one of the largest privately-owned third-party multifamily property management companies in the United States.

The company’s newest addition, One Superior Place, located at 1 West Superior Street, is a 52-story mixed use tower including 809 apartments, a first floor retail space, a second floor full-service salon and spa and a six-story public parking garage.

Riverstone Residential has properties is many major cities but Terry Danny, President of Riverstone Residential Group, explains that the company is very excited to obtain such a dynamic property in downtown Chicago.

One Superior Place will be part of Riverstone’s Central Division led by Stephanie Brock, Division President, who is also happy with acquiring another property in Chicago.
