Midwest Real Estate Data to Join Forces With Goomzee

Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) has agreed to license Goomzee’s Realty Connect product. MRED provides the largest multiple listing services to 40,000 customers; their listings encompass northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana. Goomzee’s Realty Connect is an industry-leading product suite.

Goomzee’s mobile technology tools will be integrated with MRED’s connectMLS system, which is a wireless service offered to all MRED customers. The connectMLS system allows users to search MLS listings, manage clients and contacts, and look up other customers all from a cell phone. Goomzee allows agents to send information about properties to potential buyers while they are at the property or on the go. Goomzee will be an added benefit for MRED customers.

By using text messages and scanning Quick Response graphics on signs agents put in front of houses, potential buyers will be able to instantly obtain information about the house they are looking at, including pictures and prices. The seller will also be instantly alerted about the buyer’s interest.

With the help of Goomzee, MRED hopes to revolutionize the way Chicago-area homebuyers and sellers access listings and create sales.
