Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of Prudential Rubloff, are pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Kouf as Managing Broker of the firm’s South Loop office. The office is located at 80 West Harrison Street in Chicago.

Wayne began his real estate career in 1999, initially as a part-time agent. In 2002, he decided to pursue real estate as a full-time career, and sold over $15 million in real estate in 2003, which placed him among the top 1.5 percent of all real estate agents in Chicago.

In 2004, Wayne added brokerage management to his resume when he accepted a position with the Chicago West Loop office of a local brokerage. He grew the office from 50 agents to 100 in less than a year. In 2006, he joined another local brokerage as manager of their Oak Park office. In two years, under his leadership, the office ranking in that market increased from fourth place to first place. Within the same time period, the office ranking within that entire firm improved to third place.
