What do you consider a “fashion don’t”?
I hate seeing panties and bra straps. They are called underwear for a reason.
What is your favorite piece of clothing and why?
I have a pair of black pants I bought three years ago. I got them in Vegas and I absolutely love them.
What do you consider a must-have accessory?
For women, definitely jewelry! I love shopping for costume jewelry. I mix and match the real stuff with the fake stuff.
What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past?
Too much jewelry! Even if they are nice pieces, too much of anything can look unprofessional.
Where are your favorite places to shop?
I love boutiques. That is what is great about Chicago – there are so many unique designers in the city and I love to find something that I know I will not see on another person at a party.
What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look?
My attitude. Having a genuinely positive attitude makes such a difference. I consistently work on keeping myself positively motivated. Buying a home is a big decision and it is extremely important to me that my clients enjoy the process.
