Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Schaumburg Raises $17,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities

by Chicago Agent

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Schaumburg office raised $17,273 through its April 22 fundraiser benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana (RMHC). A record-setting 400 guests attended the annual event hosted at John Barleycorn in Schaumburg. Last year’s event raised more than $11,000.

Larry Rowan, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage said 100 percent of the money collected went directly to the charity because all of the time, food and entertainment was donated for the event.

Ronald McDonald House Charities provides a “home away from home” for families whose children are undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals. Each of the area houses offers all the amenities of home and annually, they provide over 30,000 “family nights.”
