How did you learn the business?
My family has been investing in real estate for a long time.

What was your most difficult sale, and how did you succeed?
A seller had a bad experience selling his home on his own for nine months. He was then robbed during an open house. A friend of his referred me and I showed him my aggressive marketing plan, which did not involve any open houses. I told him that all buyers should be pre-qualified 100 percent. We listed his home and sold it in two months.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The most difficult, but probably the most important, aspect of my job is truly taking the time to educate, listen and understand my clients.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
My business is almost all referral-based. I enjoy meeting new people through friends and clients.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
