Vol. 4, Iss. 15, Awards: Chicago Association of Realtors Honors Fifield

The Chicago Association of Realtors announced the selection of Steven Fifield, Founder and Chairman of Fifield Companies, as the 2007 CommercialForum Impact Award Recipient.

CommercialForum, a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors, will present Fifield with the Impact Award at its Fourth Annual CommercialForum Honors Dinner.

The Impact Award honors an outstanding individual’s lifetime achievements in the field of commercial real estate in Chicago. Selections are based on the recipient’s reputation for quality and integrity, community involvement and positive impact on the city.

Under Fifield’s direction, over the past 30 years Fifield Companies has completed more than 56 buildings worth over $4 billion. Fifield received the Building Owners and Managers Association’s “Renovation of the Year” award for the Civic Opera House and, most recently, the Commercial Real Estate “2006 Development of the Year” award for the USG Building at 550 W. Adams, Chicago.

CommercialForum Honors is Chicago’s premier awards program for commercial real estate practitioners, recognizing excellence in the commercial and investment brokerage community.
