During a high school field trip, Tiffeny Meyers visited Chicago and spent an evening under the city lights, watching it snow. This memorable experience made her fall in love with the city. Years later in 2008, she had attended Harrington College of Design in Chicago and was interning when her boss encouraged her to try real estate. After eight years of working in commercial and residential interior design, she did just that. “My time in design helped me better understand the quality of homes,” she explains. “I learned how to assist clients visualize the potential within a space.”

A Realtor with Baird & Warner, Meyers assists clients throughout the North and Northwest sides of the city, and her expertise ranges from handling luxury sales to guiding veterans and first-time homebuyers. Because she understands the finer details of a building — including its materials and finish quality and how its systems work — she knows how to help fit her clients’ lives into a new space. “This is an investment for my clients and not one I take lightly,” she says. “I guarantee they will make the best investment choice.”

A CAR Top Producer since 2018, Meyers belongs to the Baird & Warner Founder’s Club. She also holds membership in the Top Agent Network and ranked among the nation’s top 1.5% of Realtors in 2023. Dedicated to giving back, she often volunteers to participate in her company’s goodwill efforts. She has been in the real estate industry for 10 years now and credits her success to her ability to truly listen to her clients while remaining a strong advocate for their needs.

A vocalist with a local folk group for 18 years, Meyers loves sharing music with everyone, including her husband and 4-year-old son. She also enjoys hiking with her family through every season.
